Boxes of Love started because two pediatric nurses saw kids coming into foster care at the hospital with very little, if any, personal possessions. The organization serves kids up to the age of 18. The boxes they pack include 2 years of clothing for all seasons. The average value of each box is $500, and most boxes are given to kids in our local community. To date, they have been able to distribute 800+ boxes.

GBC will be participating by doing a Christmas Tag tree. Pick a tag from the tree and then purchase new, unwrapped items. You can bring your items to church any Sunday in December.
